The rules of the road for using deal1.in. Short, and in plain English.

The short version
- Deal1 recommends products. It doesn't sell them — every purchase is between you and the retailer.
- Prices change hourly. Ours are timestamped, and you should always confirm on the seller's site before you buy.
- We earn a commission when you buy through our links. You pay the same price either way.
- A commission never buys a recommendation. If something isn't worth buying, we don't list it.
- Returns, warranty, shipping and product quality are the seller's responsibility, not ours.

What Deal1 is
Deal1 is a curated product-discovery service. We research products, recommend the ones we think are worth buying, and link you to the retailer selling them. That's the whole service.
Our recommendations are editorial opinion offered for information. They are not financial advice, and they are not a guarantee that a product will suit you. You're the one who knows what you need — we're just trying to narrow the field honestly.
Prices and availability
Every price on Deal1 is a snapshot, and we timestamp it as one. Retail prices in India change by the hour. A price we showed this morning may be wrong by lunchtime, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
Always confirm the current price, availability, specification and delivery terms on the seller's own site before you buy. Where ours differs from theirs, theirs is the real one.
Affiliate relationships
Outbound links to retailers are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases — at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is identical either way.
As an Amazon Associate, Deal1 earns from qualifying purchases.
A commission has never bought a place on this site and never will. No retailer or brand can pay us for a listing, a label or a ranking. If something isn't worth buying, we don't list it — and when a price is bad, we say so, even though saying so costs us the commission.
The seller, not us
We are not the seller of any product on this site, and we are not party to your purchase. Your transaction is with the retailer.
That means payment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranty and product quality are between you and them, governed by their terms — not ours. If something goes wrong with an order, the retailer is who can fix it. We'll happily point you in the right direction, but we can't process a return we were never part of.
Your account
An account is optional — the site works fully without one. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself; activity under your account is your responsibility.
Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or misrepresent yourself as Deal1. We may suspend an account that does. You can delete yours whenever you like.
No warranty
Deal1 is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep our information accurate, but we don't warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and we can't promise the site will always be available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from a purchase you made after reading it. What we can promise is that we won't knowingly recommend something we wouldn't buy ourselves.
Intellectual property
The Deal1 name, logo, editorial notes and original content belong to us. Don't republish them as your own.
Product names, images, descriptions and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products we're discussing.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
